Monsoon Empires is a specialist resort management company acquiring a carefully assembled collection of properties in and around the Indian Ocean. The properties will be remote, private and small scale with a direct aim at providing unique experiences in untouched nature.
Value creation is our focus throughout. In existing properties we achieve this by careful re-investment and by implementing effective re-positioning strategies. In new development properties, we maintain an active development role, ensuring efficient project management and cost-effectiveness, and timely progress that benefit the bottom line.
The properties are managed by way of contract, responsible for day-to-day operations of the properties. A key shareholder is a Swedish investment company, Resort Investors AB, which invests in resort properties and new projects. - Let the journey begin.
